How can I book a transfer?

You have three options: Fill out the online form, call our servicehotline at 0711/9 48 44 09 or send an e-mail to: info@hofmann-bus-taxi.com.

When do I have to book at the latest?

You can book your cruise up to 24 hours before your desired departure time.

Is the price that was billed online is actually or is it a guideline?

In normal cases, the calculated price corresponds to the actual price. However, exceptional cases in which the actual price deviates from the calculated price can not be avoided. In this case, we will contact you and tell you the corrected price. You then decide whether to book the trip at this price.

How can I pay the travel expenses?

You can pay cash or by credit card. If you require a credit card payment, please provide this at the time of booking.

Can I cancel the transfer? Are there cancellation fees?

You can cancel the transfer up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure time, without incurring any costs. If you cancel in less than 12 hours before departure, we will charge you the cost of the trip.

How many people can travel?

In our large vans can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. When booking, please indicate the number of people you would like to travel with.

Do you have children’s seats?

At your request we equip your shuttle with children’s seats. When booking, simply indicate the weight of your child (s).

Can our dog also go along?

For your dog to arrive safely at the airport, we also transport your dog transport box. Please specify when booking.

Can you also transport wheelchair users?

We can easily transport folding wheelchairs. We will be happy to assist you with your entry and exit. Please specify when booking.

We have more luggage than usual. Are you traveling with extra luggage? What does this cost?

As long as your luggage fits in a mid-class combination, we transport it for you without extra costs. When booking, please state which baggage you want to travel with. If necessary, we will send you a larger shuttle for an extra charge.

Do you also travel with luggage?

Surfboard, baby carriage, sunshade – which you also want to take with you in the plane, we take you to the airport for you. The following applies: If your luggage is in a mid-class combination, we transport it at no extra charge.

We would like to take friends to the airport. Do you also travel to intermediate addresses?

No problem, we also take intermediate addresses. When you book, simply indicate which addresses you would like to go to.

Is there someone else on our shuttle or are we driving alone?

As with a taxi, you also have your shuttle all to yourself.

Do you go 365 days a year?

At Christmas and Easter, in summer and winter – we go for you 365 days a year.

Can I book a transfer from the airport to the hotel on my holiday destination?

Unfortunately, our airport shuttle is available only to Stuttgart Airport or Stuttgart Airport.

Are your vehicles all equipped with air conditioning?

Our vehicles all have a modern equipment and thus, of course, also air conditioning.

How do we find the driver at the airport, who will pick us up?

Your shuttle is ready for you in our headquarters on the arrival level (level 2) in Terminal 1. If you prefer to be picked up directly at the terminal, please select the optional pick-up service with the name plate at your booking. Our driver will wait for you with a name plate in the arrivals hall.

What if our flight is late?

We can react flexibly to delays, as we are located directly in the airport with our headquarters. Please state your flight number when booking, we will inform you if your plane arrives on time.
